AI for Healthcare Professionals
An AI scribe, a second opinion, and a research librarian — and the wisdom to know their limits.
A clinical-facing flagship for doctors, nurses and allied-health staff who use AI at the point of care. Evaluate and deploy ambient scribes, use clinical decision-support and evidence-synthesis tools, generate safe patient-education materials, understand diagnostics-assist AI and its failure modes, and practise responsible, accountable AI use.

Foundations of Clinical AI & Responsible Use
What generative AI, ML and rule-based systems actually are — for clinicians — with the evidence on benefits and the hard limits (hallucination, drift, staleness) and the clinician's accountability when using AI.
Ambient Clinical Documentation (AI Scribes)
Compare and run the leading ambient scribes, generate structured SOAP/A&P notes, push them to the EHR and measure time savings — covering consent, recording laws and human-in-the-loop editing.
Clinical Decision Support & Differential Reasoning
Use generative CDS to build differentials, check drug interactions and dosing and stress-test your reasoning — with citation transparency, the support-vs-deciding boundary and responsible logging.
NotebookLM Fundamentals and Core Workflows
NotebookLM's architecture, core concepts and usage fundamentals — how to structure and organize information for effective knowledge management and retrieval.
NotebookLM for Structured Research
Advanced research workflow design and knowledge synthesis with NotebookLM — repeatable workflows for organizing information and generating resources.
Perplexity for Smart Research
Perplexity AI for real-time, citation-backed research — verifying information, supporting lesson content, and modelling critical thinking for students.
Evidence Synthesis & Medical Literature at the Point of Care
Rapidly synthesize guidelines, trials and reviews for a clinical question with AI literature tools — then verify every citation (because AI fabricates references) and build a point-of-care lookup library.
Diagnostics-Assist AI: Imaging, Screening & Their Limits
Survey FDA-cleared AI diagnostics — diabetic retinopathy, radiology triage, ECG, pathology — and their real-world failure modes, learning to read sensitivity/specificity and when to override.
Patient Education & Health-Literacy Content Generation
Generate accurate, literacy-appropriate, multilingual handouts and discharge instructions at a 6th-grade reading level, edit them clinically, and coach patients who arrive with their own ChatGPT diagnoses.
Claude, MCP & Skills for Clinicians
Use Claude on a BAA tenant with FHIR MCP to query clinical data safely, author Skills for documentation and patient-education workflows, and generate Artifacts (handouts, care summaries) at the point of care.
Clinical Workflow Automation & Inbox Management
Triage the in-basket, draft referrals and prior-auth responses, summarize charts before a visit and auto-organize results within EHR-native AI and compliant tooling — reclaiming 'pajama-time' charting.
Ethics, Bias, Liability & AI Governance in Practice
Work through real scenarios — biased outputs, liability without a BAA, consent for ambient recording, patient disclosure, documenting AI use — and build a clinician-level governance checklist and department policy.
Questions
Good to know
Still wondering about something? Ask us directly in the enquiry form below.
How is this different from the operations/admin program?
This is for clinicians at the point of care — notes, decisions, evidence, patients. The operations program is non-clinical back-office (RCM, scheduling, supply chain, analytics). Minimal overlap by design.
Do you teach autonomous diagnosis?
No. We teach diagnostics-assist, the evidence behind it, and how to recognize and override its failures. The clinician always remains the responsible decision-maker.
